Receiving a Reduced Fee through The Client Assistance Fund (CAF)
By providing proof of income at the first session, our clients may qualify for Client Assistance Funds (CAF).  These funds help underwrite your session and reduce your out-of-pocket fee to between $40 and $95 based on annual income.  Please discuss this with our office staff if you have further questions.  Our Client Assistance Funds are raised by The Summit Board on an annual basis and are provided because of our commitment to “Availability”—making our services available to anyone who needs them.

Fees for Testing
There are numerous factors affecting the kind of testing appropriate for you or your child.  For this reason, fees for testing can only be determined following a first appointment with our clinical psychologist to determine the testing needed and any costs associated.  Fees for the first appointment will be the standard fee for counseling-- $ 110 for a 50-minute session.  Attending a consultative first appointment to learn more about testing options DOES NOT obligate you to undergo testing.

Fees for Individualized College Counseling and Decision-Making
The fees for this specialized service are established based on the educational and clinical needs of the client following consultation with Leigh Anne Spraetz, LPC, Independent Educational Consultant.  The fee for consultation is the same as the standard fee for a first appointment for counseling-- $110 for a 50-minute session.
